I had this item on expedited shipping, and it didn’t come btw that time frame. I called customer service and the person told me it was on backorder, which i wasn’t notified of. Then he told me i could change my shipping option to “rush” shipping which wasn’t an option in the first place and then told me he couldn’t guarantee that it would come during the time frame i needed it. i complained to ace photo digital and they only gave me half my shipping fees back…i would’ve just got standard shipping had i knew.

Purchased these phones for my father. Numbers on the base unit are easy to read for him, he likes the speaker phone options, works well and the clarity of the mobile units are great. Was easy to setup. Have not had the chance to see the range. Overall very pleased with the performance of the unit.

I like this phone. The intercom feature is a bonus, as I have a long home and often need to tell me wife the phone if for her, with intercome it is easy. Everything else is exactly as discribed. Bought one for my mom also.

I ordered this phone after seeing mixed reviews about the reliability. I received the phone as ordered and on time. One of the portable phones was defective out of the box. I called, returned and a new phone was sent that seems to work.

It is a decent 2 line basic cordless phone. It lacks a lot of features that you can find in a less expensive single line panasonic cordless phone such as Talking Caller ID, LED Voice Mail Indicator, LED battery charge indicator. This phone does not cut off or change the color of it’s LED when the battery is charged.
Accessing caller ID and Phone books is a big pain. You need to strike a series of keys to reach there. They simply kept the basic design and re-assigned two soft keys to Line1 and Line2 instead of adding two more buttons, which makes it very hard to use the phone book and Caller ID. At the same time the base unit has simple interface for these functions with additional buttons for lines.
This phone is not worthy for the current price compared to the features this phone has. I will not recommend this phone unless they bring the price down to 150s. It is not worthy.
I still keeping this phone because I am a panasonic fan and cannot find any less expensive 2 line cordless from panasonic.
