Does mobile internet work on more than one computer?

Author: I have a laptop but I am thinking of getting a Netbook(a really small laptop).
The internet I have is the mobile one when you plug it into the usb and you can take it anywhere and you will have the internet.

Does digital phone work if the the lights go out?
I was thinking of getting digital phone, but I was wondering since its digital does it have to have electricity to work. I still have a regular old land line that works with or without the lights on

Does Caller Id Work W/ A Digital Phone 100% Of The Time?
Ok, so I got a very strange message on my phone yesterday and i’m trying to figure out what it is. But the time of the strange message is not on my caller id. Could it of been a telemarketer? Or what? Can companies hide there nos so they don’t show at all on caller id? FYI, I have a digital phone through Time Warner Cable.

How Do You Control Cell Phone Use In The Office During Work?
It has become a real issue in the office. Cell phones ringing, people on personal cell phone calls and office line calls all day long. The boss is not unreasonable but has always ask that personal calls be kept to a minimum and need to be brief. But some people are on the phone for an hour and more. They chat with friends, family and conduct personal business. How is the manager to control this abuse and not make the staff feel like children?
